KCA is pleased to announce the addition of another staff member to the KCA family. Tyler Dupy, originally from Colby, Kansas has joined the KCA staff as KCA’s new executive director. Although new to KCA, Tyler, a lifelong Kansan, is rooted in agriculture. Tyler was raised on a diversified farm in northwest Kansas where his family raised cattle, hogs, chickens, and horses. In addition to livestock, Tyler’s family grew corn, wheat, and milo and operated a small harvesting service.
A graduate of Kansas State University College of Business, Tyler has extensive leadership experience. He has previously worked in restaurant, property, and project management. When not hard at work, Tyler enjoys sports, gardening, home
improvement projects, his pets, some travel, and the occasional game of cards.
As executive director, Tyler will be overseeing the day to day operations of KCA. As well, over the next several months, Tyler will be representing KCA at industry events to meet with producers and visit with them regarding KCA’s industry work
and member services.
“I look forward to continuing the growth and services of the KCA for our members that dedicate so much to the Kansas cattle industry,” Dupy states.
Members are encouraged to stop by the Junction City office to visit with Tyler or give him a call at 785-238-1483 to welcome him to the association.
Note: The KCA office is located at 606 N. Washington St., Junction City, KS. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
