Exhibitor Setup Information

Where: Courtyard by Marriott, Junction City, KS

Table Setup Times:

Thursday, November 11th: 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Friday, November 12th: 7:30 am to 9:00 am

 

Teardown/Moveout:

Saturday, November 13th 4:30 or following the benefit auction & banquet. All exhibits must be fully removed by 10:00 pm.

                                                                      

Exhibitor Tables:

Tables will be unassigned and setup on the perimeter of the ballroom. Please do not block active doorways or fire exits. Please do not hang or affix anything to the walls.

 

Parking Area Exhibits:

Equipment and exhibits in the parking lot are to be placed in the east parking lot designated for equipment no sooner than Thursday, November 11th at 4:00 pm, no later than Friday, November 12th at 10:00 am, and must be removed no later than 10:00 pm on Saturday, November 13th. Please call the office to confirm space availability. Use extreme caution when setting up and tearing down equipment. There will be many people loading and unloading. 

 

Meals:

Meal tickets will be provided at check-in for the meals that you have previously reserved. If you need additional meal tickets, we recommend reserving meals one week in advance.

Attendees:

Please confirm who will be attending as representation for your exhibitor space by November 6, 2020.
