“Guess the Weight” A Hit in Dodge City
On Friday, February 17th, KCA attended the Cowboy Capital Ag Expo & Trade Show in Dodge City, KS. Attendees were able to come “Guess the Weight of the Bull” this year. Eberth Show Cattle of Basehor, KS brought a 10 month old Simmental bull to be put on display for the day. We had hundreds of guesses, but only had person guessed the weight of 1060 lbs. Clete Cook will be receiving a beef bundle from the KCA for winning the contest.
“Coming out to Dodge City is always a great experience for me. There are so many KCA supporters out that direction, and I enjoy the opportunity to get to visit with them,” Gibson stated.
We were also joined by four of our current board members, Aaron Winter, Ronnie Rogers, Ivan Reimer, and Danny Herrmann.
We want to thank everyone who came to visit with us at the KCA booth and look forward to coming out there again next year.
